|How Does the Ordering Process Work?|
|First have a proper measurement of your foot taken. We recommend using the Brannock Device. Include length and width. Decide on the best model shoe for yourself unless your podiatrist already recommended a specific model.|
|How long does it take to fulfill an order?|
|Your shoes will be shipped out within 2 business days if they are in stock. If not in stock you will be notified. All shoes not in stock will be ordered from the manufacturer. This will add another 10 business days to the order.|
|What is our shipping policy?|
|We send all our shoes and inserts via ground UPS. Please email us if there is a manufacturer's defect or the wrong shoe was shipped. There is additional charges for 2nd day air, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska shipments. We only ship to within the United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.|
|What is our returned items policy?|
|Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase. All shoes must come in the original box and be unworn. Boxes with writing on it or shoes that come with no box will not be returnable. The shoes must come with the original manufacture's inserts or you will be charged $25. Dirty shoes that are able to be cleaned to be resold is subject to a $20 charge. Inserts must come in the original package and not be worn or molded. Please call for a UPS return label to return the shoes if there is a manufacturer defect or the wrong shoes were delivered.|
|How does Medicare reimburse for Diabetic Shoes?|
|Medicare reimburses for 1 pair of shoes and 3 pairs of inserts per calendar year. You must get the shoes through your podiatrist.|
